Know where you stand today, not last quarter.

Dallo re-checks your pack, your people and your dates against the standard every morning, and names the one thing that changed.

Why compliance drifts

Nobody decides to fall out of compliance. It happens quietly, between the audits.

Practice standards v3 v4 Requirement 2.4 updated 3 documents now out of date @priya.r Nobody told me the standard had changed.

Nothing tells you it moved

The standard changes without a letter, and your documents keep saying what they said last year.

Screening
Check
Expired 6 weeks ago the worker has been rostered since @marcus.w We only found it because someone asked.

Certificates lapse silently

A screening check expires on a Tuesday and nobody notices until someone asks for it in a review.

Checked this year 1 of 12 Twelve months to reconstruct before the review opens @elena.m We do this once a year, in a panic.

The annual review is too late

Twelve months of drift found in one week is not a review, it is a rebuild.

How the daily check runs

It runs whether or not you open the account. Three passes over the same picture, every morning, and one short list at the end of it.

Your pack against the current standard

Every policy, procedure and register you hold is read back against the published standard as it stands that morning. Where a clause has moved, Dallo names the documents that answer to it rather than telling you the standard changed and leaving you to work out what that touches.

The dates nobody is keeping

Worker screening, police checks, insurance, first aid, registration renewals and internal review dates. They sit against the people and the sites they belong to, so an expiry arrives as a name and a date rather than as a row in a spreadsheet somebody stopped updating.

One list, in order of what matters

Not a dashboard you have to interpret. What changed, what it affects, and what to do about it, ordered so the thing that would cost you most at a review is the thing at the top. When there is nothing, it says so, which is the point of running it daily.

What it covers

What it checks

The things that quietly stop being true between one audit and the next.

  • Policies and procedures
  • Worker screening
  • Certificates and expiries
  • Registers and records

What it watches for

Change, from either direction: the standard moving, or your own records going stale.

  • Standards that moved
  • Gaps that opened up
  • Dates coming up
  • People without cover

What you end up with

A position you can state on any given day, and a record of how you got there.

  • A current readiness view
  • A dated history
  • Evidence kept in step
  • No annual scramble

Why providers run the daily check

The alternative is a calendar reminder once a year, a spreadsheet nobody owns, and a fortnight of reconstruction every time somebody asks.

It runs without you

Every morning, whether or not anyone opens the account.

It says what to do

Not a red square. The document, the person, the next step.

Nothing waits for a review

A clause moves or a certificate lapses, you hear that day.

A position you can state

Where you stand, dated, on any morning you are asked.

About the daily check

What operators ask before they let something watch their compliance for them.

What does it actually check?

Your policies and procedures against the current published standard, your registers against what they are meant to contain, and every dated item you hold: worker screening, police checks, insurance, first aid, renewals and internal review dates.

Will I get an alert every day?

Only when something has changed. A quiet day is reported as a quiet day, not as an empty inbox, so you can tell the difference between nothing to do and nothing running.

How does it know the standard has moved?

The published standards are re-read against your pack each morning, so a clause that changes is picked up on that pass rather than at your next review. Where a change affects documents you hold, those documents are named.

Does this replace an internal audit?

No, and we would not claim it does. A daily check keeps drift from accumulating between reviews; an internal audit is still a judgement exercise about how the service actually operates. What changes is that the review starts from a current position rather than from twelve months of catching up.

Can my team see it too?

Yes. Roles and permissions decide who sees what, so a site manager can be given their own site’s list without seeing the whole organisation.

Does it guarantee I will pass an audit?

No. No software can, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. What it does is make sure the things you can control are current and evidenced on the day you are asked about them.
